The parish is made up of two churches; All Saints, Aston serving Aston, Aughton & Swallownest, then Holy Trinity, Ulley serving the village of Ulley. All are welcome to worship at these churches if local to the area or not. We belong to the Church of England in the Diocese of Sheffield.
Our Mission - "Celebrating and Sharing God's Love in Aston, Swallownest and Aughton"
Whether you’re a local or a visitor, whether you’re familiar or unfamiliar with what goes on in church – we will be delighted help you find out more about our vibrant and active parish churches. Perhaps you’re thinking of getting married or having your child christened? Perhaps you’re interested in our lovely medieval buildings, or our wonderful church school, or you fancy joining our choir or just joining in with some great singing in our services. Maybe you’re looking for a quiet space in your life, or maybe you’d like to find out a bit more about the Christian faith. Whatever the reason you’re here, you’re very welcome.
All Saints Aston serves the communities of Aston, Aughton and Swallownest. As a parish church we’re here to pray for our local community and to support and care wherever we can.
People of all ages and backgrounds come to All Saints. We offer worship that is spiritual and uplifting, that helps people connect with God, that is reverent without being stuffy. We offer regular courses to help people discover more of the treasure that is the Christian gospel.
We have an active ministry with children and young people, and hold termly services in our church school.
Holy Trinity Ulley is our sister church, and you can find more about the wonderful church of Holy Trinity here.
Both churches share a common mission.
